Duke was turned over to AARF because his family could not afford his medical bills from a traumatic injury. Duke has responded well to all treatments and is now able to walk and eat but his left lung appears to have a puncture which requires surgery. Pet Emergency veterinarians have provided a preliminary estimate of $10,000 to repair his lung.
