Frankie is an adorable little guy!! He has that scruffed up terrier look but his fur is surprisingly not too rough. He is a little shy when he first meets someone but quickly becomes best buds once he is used to that person. He came in with a buddy named Manny, it would be great if they could find a home together!
Adoption fee: $220 single, $350 as a pair. If interested please email to request an application.
