Phoebe is a 6mon. old Border Collie mix. She had been adopted but was not doing well with the other dog in the home. She is a smaller girl, only about 20lbs and her adult weight will likely be around 25-27lbs. Very sweet kid, loves to play and do all the puppy things of course She would be a great companion for an active home that doesn't want a big dog
